Siddityy Hair LLC isn't responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS/UPS. If you selected Route Protect at checkout your package is fully covered from loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. You must submit your claim through Route.

 

Siddityy Hair LLC does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.

 

Siddityy Hair LLC is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

 

 

If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

 

 

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to

Siddityy Hair LLC you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
